募原论结合小儿推拿治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎初探

Pleurodiaphragmatic interspace theory combined with infantile tuina in the treatment of infantile mesenteric lymphadenitis

以"募原论"为指导,探讨肠系膜淋巴结炎的病位、病机和小儿推拿治疗方法。认为本病病因虽可分为疟邪入侵、寒邪直入、热邪直驱、内外合邪4个方面,但病机和治疗原则可用《内经》"阳化气,阴成形"概括。其中,"阴成形"指阴寒,为痰核之成因,表现为肠系膜淋巴结肿胀;"阳化气"指温阳散结法,乃助阳化气散结的体现。一为疾病之机制,一为治病之法。附案例1则,以资验证。

Taking"pleurodiaphragmatic interspace theory"as guidance,this paper discusses the disease location,pathogenesis and infantile tuina treatment method of mesenteric lymphadenitis.It holds that although its etiology can be divided into 4 aspects including the intrusion of pathogenic factor of malarial disease,direct attack by pathogenic cold,direct attack by pathogenic heat and internal and external combination of pathogenic factors,its pathogenesis and therapeutic principle can summarized into"yang transforming into qi,while yin constituting form"in Neijing.Among them,"yin constituting form"refers to yin-cold,which is the formation cause of subcutaneous nodule and manifests in mesenteric lymph nodes swelling;"yang transforming into qi"refers to warm yang to dissipate binds,which is the manifestation of assisting yang and transforming qi as well as dissipating binds.One is the mechanism of the disease,the other is the therapeutic method.One case is attached for verification.
