单纯乳房早发育的中医药治疗现状

Current situation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for premature thelarche

单纯乳房早发育作为内分泌系统疾病之一,因其可能进展为中枢性性早熟,临床早期诊断及治疗颇为重要。以中医理论为基础,结合临床实验研究、药理研究等,从小儿单纯乳房早发育的中医辨证论治(阴虚火旺证、肝郁脾虚证)、中成药治疗及外治法(耳穴贴压、中药外敷、穴位贴敷)3个方面的研究进展进行综述,总结其临床辨治经验,为该病的临床治疗提供更多的参考依据。

As one of the endocrine system diseases,premature thelarche may progress to central precocious puberty,so it is very important for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with clinical experimental research,pharmacological research etc.,this paper summarizes the research progress of premature thelarche in children from 3 aspects,including TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment(yin deficiency with effulgent fire syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome),Chinese patent medicine and external treatment(auricular acupoint plaster,external application of Chinese materia medica,acupoint application),summing up the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,aiming at providing more references for clinical treatment of it.
