Development of New Mechanized Sleeper Anchoring Equipment

密排轨枕及标准轨排生产线是一种新型轨枕锚固机械化设备,运用了多项先进技术,解决了轨枕锚固中多项技术难题。针对传统轨枕锚固生产过程中存在的问题,结合新型轨枕锚固工艺,对轨枕锚固机械化设备的翻枕机构、轨枕定位装置、对齐机构、翻枕叉等进行了创新设计。新型轨枕锚固机械化设备实现了从轨枕吊进到成品轨枕吊出的机械化锚固流水作业,广泛适用于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型轨(桥)枕的锚固。目前已成功应用于成兰铁路项目中,实残表明:密排轨枕及标准轨排生产线不仅提升了机械自动化生产水平,提高了轨枕锚固质量,还具有高精度、易操作、效率高的优点。

The production line of dense sleeper and standard sleeper is a new kind of mechanized sleeper anchoring equipment.Some advanced technologies are used to solve technical problems in sleeper anchoring.According to the problems existing in the traditional sleeper anchorage production process and combining with the new sleeper anchorage technology,the author had innovatively designed the sleeper turning mechanism,sleepjer positioning d evice,alignment mechanism and sleeper turning fork of sleeper anchoring mechanization equipment.The mechanized anchoring flow from sleeper hoisting to completed sleeper was realized by the new sleeper anchoring mechanization equipment,which was widely used for the anchoring ofⅡ,ⅢandⅣrail(bridge)sleepers.The equipment had been successfully applied to the Chengdu-Lanzhou Railway project.The practice shows that the dense row of sleepers and the standard rail row production line not only improve the level of mechanical automation production and improve the anchorage quality of the sleeper,but also have the advantages of high precision,easy operation and high efficiency.
