摘要
铰接密封系统作为盾构机关键的安全系统之一,对其安全性能的要求也越来越高。针对铰接密封系统在超高压的环境下安全性的问题,本文首先就盾构机的铰接密封系统的重要性进行了系统性的分析;其次从铰接密封系统的设计方案、密封件的截面形式、密封件材料等方面分析影响铰接密封系统的密封能力;最后在上述分析的基础上,提出了一种盾构机适用于高埋深、高水压(压力超过16 bar)超高压地下工作环境下的铰接密封结构的设计方案,并搭建铰接密封试验台,通过试验获取数据,验证该方案的可行性。
As one of the key safety systems of shield machine,articulated sealing system requires higher and higher safety performance.Aiming at the safe problem of articulated sealing system under ultra-high pressure environment,this paper firstly made a systematic analysis of the importance of articulated sealing system of shield machine.Secondly,it analyzed the design scheme of articulated sealing system,the cross-section form of seals,materials and other aspects which affected the sealing ability of articulated sealing system.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper presented a design scheme of articulated sealing structure suitable for high buried depth and high water pressure(pressure over 16bar)and ultra-high pressure underground working environment,and constructed an articulated sealing test bench,obtained the data through experiments,and verified the feasibility of the scheme.
