摘要
以兰州局集团公司新建局中心调度所建设工程为背景,针对项目所处的选址建设条件、铁路局中心调度指挥系统的建设特殊性,通过分析土建工程中的结构、暖通、通风工程,以及运调系统中信号系统、信息系统等重点建设部位、关键技术的分析研究,提出了冷通道封闭技术、光纤预端接技术、瘦客户机方案、“内支撑+三道锚索结构体系”等一系列的创新性措施,有效地解决了数据传输安全、人员密集工作环境等一系列技术难题,实现了铁路局调度集中、网络集中、数据集中以及客服集中的新型调度系统建设理念,为其他类似工程建设项目提供了重要的技术借鉴。
In the background of the construction project of the new Dispatch Center of Lanzhou Bureau Group Corporation,according to the conditions of the project site and the characteristics of the central dispatching and command system of the Railway Bureau,the structure,heating and ventilation projects in the civil engineering were analyzed.Moreover,the analysis and study of key construction sites and key technologies,including signal systems and information systems in operational and adjustment system s,were carried out.A series of innovative measures such as cold channel closure technology,fiber optic front-end connection technology,thin client schem e,and“inner support+three anchor cable structure system”were put forward,which effectively solved the technical problems of data transmission security and densely populated work environment.It could realize the construction concepts of new dispatching system of the Railway Bureau,network concentration,data concentration and customer service concentration,and provide important technical reference for other similar construction projects.
