摘要
研究包豪斯设计实践在其提出的手工艺议题上的悖论,剖析它与包豪斯内部组织模式、成员理念、对外宣传的关系。该悖论的其中一方面可归结为物体美学与生产方式的矛盾,这种矛盾表现为契合与背离的并存,而包豪斯设计(建筑、室内、家具、产品)是这两种状态的产物。通过分析该悖论,重新评估包豪斯设计的先锋性。
This paper studies the paradoxes of craft in the design practices of Bauhaus, and explicates the relation to the internal organizational pattern, ideals of members and public propagandas of Bauhaus. One of these paradoxes can be recognized as the discrepancies between object aesthetics and manufacturing modes, which leads to the labeled "Bauhaus design"(architecture, interior design, furniture, and other products). By examining such paradoxes, this paper attempts to reassess the long considered "avant-garde" nature of Bauhaus design.
