盆底磁刺激联合盆底肌锻炼治疗产后阴道前壁膨出的疗效分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的分析盆底磁刺激联合盆底肌锻炼治疗产后阴道前壁膨出的疗效。方法选取在2018年9月-2019年8月期间在该院就诊的40例阴道前壁膨出(Ⅰ~Ⅱ度)产妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(盆底肌锻炼)与观察组(盆底磁刺激+盆底肌锻炼)各20例,在治疗前及治疗结束后分别进行盆底表面肌电Glazer评估、POP-Q评分、盆腔器官脱垂影响问卷(POPIQ-7)对比。结果观察组在治疗后盆底表面肌电值、POP-Q评分有效率、POPIQ-7评分改善最明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论盆底磁刺激联合盆底肌锻炼对于产后轻中度阴道前壁膨出有明显的治疗作用,优于单一盆底肌锻炼。
