摘要
先秦时期的食器是中国饮食文化的重要组成部分,具有较高的艺术价值和文化内涵。先秦饮食漆器设计有着明确的功能性,注重器物的造型、雕绘,能够更好地满足人们的审美需求。本文关注漆制食具的使用价值和艺术价值,从先秦漆制食具的造型、纹饰、用色等三方面来解析我国古代食具的设计思想及工艺发展状态。先秦时期人们重视饮食活动并精心打造饮食之器,食具造型的多样性,纹饰的繁缛复杂,用色的规范与演变,呈现出先秦时代人们的审美理想。
The food utensils of the pre-Qin period are an important part of Chinese food culture,with high artistic value and cultural connotation.The design of the pre-Qin diet lacquer has a clear function,focusing on the shape and carving of the utensils,which can better meet the aesthetic needs of people.This paper pays attention to the use value and artistic value of lacquered food utensils.From the three aspects of the shape,decoration and color of the pre-Qin lacquer ware,it analyzes the design idea and process development state of ancient Chinese food utensils.In the pre-Qin period,people paid attention to food activities and carefully created food utensils,the diversity of food utensils,the complexity of the ornamentation,the standardization and evolution of color,and the aesthetic ideals of the people in the pre-Qin period.
