摘要 双酚A(Bisphenol-A,BPA)被公认为环境激素干扰化合物,能够通过与ERβ受体结合激活相关化学转导途径造成女性快速心律失常,作用于多种离子通道影响心肌动作电位和兴奋-收缩偶联,导致心肌触发活动异常和心律失常。同时,BPA及其代谢产物能够通过氧化应激反应损伤心肌细胞。了解BPA致心脏毒性的作用机制具有重要的临床意义。因此,本文对双酚A心脏毒性的作用机制及其对心脏造成的病理和临床表现作一综述。 Bisphenol-A(BPA) is recognized as an environmental hormone interfering compound and causes tachyarrhythmias in women by binding to ERβ receptors to activate related chemical transduction pathways. Acting on a variety of ion channels, BPA affects myocardial action potentials and excitatory-contraction coupling, leading to abnormal myocardial triggering activity and arrhythmias. At the same time, BPA and its metabolites damage cardiomyocytes through oxidative stress. Understanding the mechanism of action of BPA-induced cardiotoxicity has important clinical significance. Therefore, this paper reviews the mechanism of bisphenol A cardiotoxicity and its pathological and clinical manifestations.
