LncRNAs与心脏重构研究进展

Progress of lncRNAs in myocardial remodeling

摘要 心脏重构主要表现为心肌受到外界刺激后引发的一种病理性改变,包括心肌细胞肥大,凋亡,自噬以及成纤维细胞的分化和增殖等病理过程,最终导致心脏体积增大,心肌重量增加,产生心功不全、心力衰竭等严重的心血管疾病。有证据表明,通过调控不同功能的长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)在相关心脏疾病中的表达水平,可以加重或逆转心脏重构的病理过程。因此,lncRNAs作为心脏重构的重要调节靶点,有望成为治疗心脏重构的新的研究方向。 Myocardial remodeling refers to a pathological change that occurs after myocardial stress, including hypertrophy, apoptosis and autophagy of cardiomyocytes, differentiation and proliferation of fibroblasts, eventually leading to the increased volume and quality of heart, and contributing to cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac dysfunction and heart failure. The evidence suggests that it can aggravate or reverse cardiac remodeling by regulating the expression level of different functional lncRNAs in corresponding diseases. Therefore, lncRNAs are expected to become a new research direction served as important therapeutic targets for cardiac remodeling.
