摘要
肿瘤转移是导致癌症患者死亡的主要原因,淋巴道转移是癌症转移的主要途径之一。VEGFC是淋巴血管发育的中枢调节剂,在多种肿瘤淋巴管生成的调控中起到不可替代的作用。肿瘤细胞VEGF-C的表达上调与淋巴结转移显著相关。研究表明整合素α4β1在结肠癌、黑色素瘤中表达上调时能促进肿瘤生长和转移。整合素α4β1是VEGF-C受体通路的新成员,联合抑制VEGF-C和α4β1的表达为抑制肿瘤淋巴道转移提供新的思路。
Tumor metastasis is the leading cause of death in cancer patients,lymphatic metastasis is one of the main routes of cancer metastasis.VEGF-C is a central regulator of lymphangiogenesis and plays an irreplaceable role in the regulation of lymphangiogenesis in many kinds of tumors.The upregulation of VEGF-C expression in tumor cells was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis.The expression of integrinα4β1 in colon cancer and melanoma promotes tumor growth and metastasis.Integrinα4β1 is a new member of VEGF-C receptor pathway,which provides a new way to inhibit lymphatic metastasis by combining inhibition of VEGF-C andα4β1.
