碳酸氢钠溶液联合派瑞松软膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of sodium bicarbonate solution combined with parisone ointment in the treatment of fungal otitis externa

目的:探讨碳酸氢钠溶液联合派瑞松软膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的真菌性外耳道炎患者90例,分成观察组和对照组,对照组用5%碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗外耳道,观察组在对照组基础上加用派瑞松乳膏涂抹,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗2周后和4周后治疗总有效率明显提高,且治疗费用和不良反应发生率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碳酸氢钠溶液联合派瑞松软膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎疗效确切,明显优于单纯应用碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗,且治疗费用少,不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sodium bicarbonate solution combined with parisone ointment in the treatment of fungal external otitis.Methods:90 cases of fungal otitis externa treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was washed with 5%sodium bicarbonate solution,and the observation group was coated with parisone cream on the basis of the control group to observe the clinical treatment effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly improved after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and the treatment cost and incidence of adverse reactions were significantly reduced,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium bicarbonate solution combined with parisone ointment in the treatment of fungal otitis externa has an effective effect,which is obviously superior to the simple use of sodium bicarbonate solution to rinse,with less treatment cost and low incidence of adverse reactions.
