托伐普坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Tovaptan on Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探究托伐普坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年7月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者76例作为观察对象,按照计算机抽签法平均分为对照组与观察组,分别给予常规治疗及托伐普坦治疗,对比两组治疗效果及尿量、肾功能、血钾、血钠及BNP等指标改善情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率(97.37%)比对照组(84.21%)高,两组对比χ^2=3.9337,P=0.0473;相比对照组,观察组24h尿量增加明显,同时BNP指标下降明显(P<0.05);肌酐、血钾、血钠以及LVEF差异较小,(P>0.05)。结论:临床给予慢性心力衰竭托伐普坦治疗,能够有效改善临床症状,促进心功能提高,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of tovaptan in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:From September 2018 to July 2019,76 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as subjects of observation.According to the method of computer lottery,the patients were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,and were given routine treatment and topiramate treatment respectively.The therapeutic effect and urine volume of the two groups were compared.Improvement of renal function,blood potassium,blood sodium and BNP.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(97.37%)was 13% higher than that in the control group(84.21%).Compared with the control group,the 24-hour urine volume in the observation group increased significantly,while the BNP index decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was little difference in serum sodium and LVEF(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tovaptan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure,and promote the improvement of cardiac function index.The effect is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion.
