采动覆岩固液耦合三维无损监测系统与应用 被引量:4

3D non-destructive monitoring system for solid-liquid coupling of mining-induced overburden and its application

摘要 针对以往三维固液耦合相似模拟试验中埋设传感器造成的破坏岩层原有应力状态和围岩完整性,甚至造成次生裂隙的问题,将并行电法、氡气探测、红外监测应用到三维固液耦合相似模拟实验当中。通过探测氡气浓度的变化推演裂隙发育特征,并行电法监测视电阻率异常系数分析水运移规律,红外系统探测模型正表面温度的变化实现突水预警。三者分工协作、互不干扰而又相互印证,实现了三维固液耦合条件下覆岩渗流场、裂隙场变化的实时、动态、无损监测。以伊犁四矿21103工作面为工程背景,监测工作面推进过程中氡气浓度变化、电阻率异常系数分布、正表面温度分布,检验了该系统的可靠性。 In order to solve the problem of damage of original stress state and integrity of surrounding rock and even secondary fractures caused by buried sensors in previous 3 D solid-liquid coupling simulation tests, the parallel electrical method, radon gas detection and infrared monitoring have been applied to 3 D solid-liquid coupling simulation test. The characteristics of fracture development have been deduced through detecting the change of radon concentration. The law of water transport has been analyzed through monitoring the abnormal coefficient of apparent resistivity by parallel electrical method. The early-warning has been implemented through the infrared system detecting the change of the positive surface temperature of the model. The system contains three parts, totally independent of but confirmed with each other, realizing the real-time, dynamic and non-destructive monitoring of the change of overburden seepage field and fracture field under the condition of three-dimensional solid-liquid coupling. The reliability of the system has been tested by monitoring radon concentration change, abnormal resistivity coefficient distribution and positive surface temperature distribution in the working face 21103 of Yili No.4 coal mine as the engineering background.
