摘要
数字射线成像在核电现场应用可以提升射线检验效率并提高检验的可靠性。本文基于RCCM标准对像质计灵敏度的要求,对比了核电管道焊缝γ射线数字射线与胶片照相检验结果,同时,通过介绍数字成像系统特有的优势,分析核电现场管道焊缝及特殊工件γ射线数字成像应用的可行性。结果表明,核电现场管道焊缝γ射线数字射线像质计灵敏度可以达到胶片水平,应用在核电现场是可行的,并且应用数字射线系统特有的功能可以实现核电现场的一些特殊应用。
The field application of digital radiographic imaging in nuclear power can improve the efficiency and reliability of radiographic inspection.Based on the sensitivity requirements of RCCM standard image quality meter,this paper compares the inspection results of γ-ray digital ray and film photography on weld seam of nuclear power pipeline.At the same time,by introducing the unique advantages of the digital imaging system,the feasibility of the application of γ-ray digital imaging of pipeline weld and special workpiece in nuclear power field is analyzed.The results show that the IQI sensitivity of the γ-ray digital radiography for the pipeline weld in nuclear power can reach the level of film radiography,which is feasible to apply it to the nuclear power plant.Moreover,the special functions of the digital radiographic system can realize some special applications of nuclear power plant.
