浅析美国核管会对维修规则进行基准检查的经验

Brief Analysis of the Experience in Benchmarking Maintenance Rules by NRC

本文简要介绍了维修规则在国际和国内核电厂应用的背景,介绍了美国核管会对美国核电厂维修规则进行基准检查后的经验总结,并对检查范围、构筑物、系统和部件的范围筛选、风险重要度确定、性能指标制定、维修有效性评价、维修风险评价和管理等分别给出检查结果的部分实例,以便于国内维修规则试点单位参考和借鉴。

This paper briefly introduces the application background of maintenance rules at international and domestic,and introduces some experiences summarized by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission after baseline inspection of maintenance rules at national nuclear power plants.The scope of inspection,structure,system and components screening,risk importance determination,performance criteria formulation,maintenance effectiveness and maintenance risk assessment and management are also discussed,and some examples of the baseline inspection results are given in order to provide reference for domestic maintenance rules pilot units.
