核电厂反应堆小幅功率提升技术的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了进一步提高我国核电厂的经济性,有必要在核电厂中开展功率提升技术的应用。本文针对小幅功率提升技术应用开展了技术分析和安全相关问题的研究,结合我国核电技术特点,提出如下建议:我国应制订核电厂功率小幅提升技术应用的指导性文件,为核电厂的工程应用和核安全审评提供依据;开展高精度流量计的研发工作,并建立超声波流量计测量不确定度分析、流量计的标定和校准、流量计的安装和维护等方法体系;提升安全分析报告中对功率提升敏感度较高事项的分析和审评能力。 In order to further improve the economy of nuclear power plants in China,it is necessary to carry out the application research on power uprate technology.In this paper,the application of small range power improvement technology was studied on technical analysis and safety-related issues.Combined with the technical characteristics of nuclear power in China,the following suggestions are put forward:China should speed up the development of guidance documents for the small range power uprate of nuclear power plants,which supports the engineering application and nuclear safety review,promote the the research and development of high-precision flowmeters and establish the ultrasonic flowmeter measurement uncertainty analysis,flowmeter calibration and calibration,flowmeter installation and maintenance method system,etc.improve the analysis and review capabilities on high-impact sensitive issues in safety analysis reports.
