影响我国高职院校现代学徒制实施的因素分析

Analysis on Factors Influencing the Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship System of Higher Vocational Colleges in China

现代学徒是一种学校职业教育与企业培训结合的职教制度,是学校技术技能理论教育与企业工作岗位的实践教育相结合的一种人才培养模式,是一种社会化的教育制度.现代学徒制实施过程中,从政策、经费、管理等方面提供了保障,推动现代学徒制的快速发展,然而依然存在一些因素制约了高职院校现代学徒制的实施与发展,为此文章从学校、企业两方面入手,提出了制约我国高职院校现代学徒制实施的因素,并据此探讨了对现代学徒制的发展的一些构想.

Modern apprenticeship is a kind of vocational education system combining school vocational education and enterprise training,a kind of personnel training model combining the theoretical education of techniques and skills in the schools and the practical education in the post of duty in the enterprises,and also a kind of socialized education system.In the implementation of modern apprenticeship,the supports in policy,cost and management have been provided,to promote the rapid development of modern apprenticeship system,however,still there are some factors restricting the implementation and development of modern apprenticeship system of higher vocational colleges,therefore,this paper presents the factors restricting the implementation of modern apprenticeship system of higher vocational colleges in China from the perspectives of schools and enterprises,and discusses some ideas on the development of modern apprenticeship system.
