试论多元教育生态涵养小微教育体的认识与实践

摘要 以“四链”、“五力”的形式呈现新时代学校教学改革的多元教育生态理念,阐述了多元教育生态在新形势下的作用,重点介绍了作为小微教育体的学校、专业、教师、学生、教学质控在多元教育生态中成长的思路,合力形成生态环境的做法,最后总结了多元教育生态的新理念、新思路、新做法的一些体会. This paper presents the concept of pluralistic education ecology in school teaching reform in the new times in the form of"four chains"and"five forces",sets forth the function of pluralistic education ecology under new circumstances,mainly introduces the ideas of growth of small and micro education bodies like schools,majors,teachers,students,and teaching quality control in pluralistic education ecology,shows the practice of ecological environment in resultant force,and finally summarizes some experience of new concepts,new ideas,and new approaches of pluralistic education ecology.
