This paper analyzes the industry development of cross-border E-commerce,expounds the course design,implementation and evaluation of Cross-border E-commerce English teaching integration learning model as well as the training practice effect of comprehensive foreign language training platform of Tianjin College of Commerce,and through bilingual teaching,professional knowledge is transferred in English,so as to improve the course teaching quality and the comprehensive professional abilities of students.
