学生综合素质测评中的思想政治教育导向作用——以天津市机电工艺学院为例

摘要 职业院校思想政治教育进入了新时代.但职业教育领域存在的培养模式粗放、人才综合素质偏低等问题,直接影响着职业院校毕业生的整体素质.基于此,自2015年起,天津市机电工艺学院展开对学生全面综合素质测评,着重对学院“立德树人”工作的“全方位、全过程、全覆盖”的实践与检验.注重不断探索挖掘思想政治教育在学生综合素质测评工作中的导向作用,依托有效提升新生入学质量和不让一名有质量缺陷的学生离开学院进入企业和社会的理念,以为社会培养“素质全面,技艺精湛”的技能人才为目的,借鉴第三方测评机制的方式方法,对学生入学和毕业2个阶段进行全方位综合素质的测试及评价. Ideological and political education in vocational colleges has entered into a new era.However,the problems like extensive training mode and low comprehensive quality of talents existing in the field of vocational education have directly affected the overall quality of vocational college graduates.Based on this,since 2015,Tianjin Institute of Mechanical&Electrical Technology has developed the comprehensive quality evaluation of students,focusing on the"comprehensive,overall-process and full-coverage"practice and inspection of"moral education and people cultivation"work.Focusing on continuously exploring and evacuating the guiding role of ideological and political education in the comprehensive quality evaluation of students,Tianjin Institute of Mechanical&Electrical Technology,depending on the ideas of effectively improving the entrance quality of new students and not allowing a student with quality defects to leave the school for enterprises and society,has conducted comprehensive quality test and evaluation of students in the admission stage and graduation stage by referring to the methods of third-party test and evaluation organizations,for the purpose of cultivating the skilled talents"with comprehensive quality andexquisite craftsmanship"for the society.
