摘要
教育大计,教师为本.职业院校教师队伍是职业教育发展的第一资源.如何建立一支高素质专业化创新性教师队伍,是职业院校师资队伍建设的目标.激励机制建设是职业院校做好师资队伍建设管理的重要内容,做好该项研究和实践非常必要.文中探究了激励理论,探讨了职业院校教师激励机制建设途径和措施.
The progress of education is based on teachers.The vocational school teachers are the first resource of vocationaleducation development.It is the goal for development of vocational school teachers on how to build a high-quality,professional and innovative teacher troop.Incentive mechanism construction is the important content for vocational schools to guarantee the teaching staff construction,so,such research and practice are very necessary.This paper studies the incentive theory and discusses the construction ways and measures of incentive mechanism of vocational school teachers.
