摘要
随着我国铁路技术设备和运输组织模式的发展,机车车辆配置数量计算对于新建铁路运营筹备具有重要意义。为提高新建铁路移动设备运用效率,充分考虑货运需求、运行图列车对数及运行时分、机车车辆周转时间等对机车车辆配置的影响,在阐述基于列车运行图的货运机车车辆配置数量计算方法的基础上,以2022年海外铁路项目A至F段为对象,进行货运机车、车辆配置数量计算的实例论证,提出DF8B型货运机车及C70,P70,NX70型货运车辆的配置方案。结果表明,应用基于列车运行图的货运机车车辆计算方法能够解决新建线路移动设备采购规划问题。
With the development of the railway technical equipment and transportation organization, calculation of the number of the locomotives to be allocated is of significance for the preparations to operate newly-built railways. To improve efficiency of the mobile devices, this paper puts forward a computing method of the quantity of the freight locomotives to be allocated based on the train working diagram taking into consideration of the influencing factors including but not limited to the demand for freight transportation, the number and time of the running trains, the turnaround time of the locomotives. Applying the computing method into the case of Section A to F of an overseas railway project in 2022, this paper acquires an allocation plan for Locomotive DF8 B and Freight Vehicles C70, P70, NX70. According to the results, this paper concludes that the proposed computing method is conductive to providing an answer to the question of what mobile devices to purchase to equip the newly-built railways.
