摘要
为有效推动交通物流融合发展,国家大力推动托盘循环共用体系的建设,铁路具有网络覆盖广阔、节点联通顺畅等优势,为开展托盘循环共用创造了良好条件。在阐述铁路托盘循环共用现状并分析存在问题的基础上,围绕主体层、服务层、运营层、资源层、技术层五大要素对铁路托盘循环共用体系进行架构设计,从明确铁路托盘循环共用经营主体、以标准化托盘构建托盘资源池、以智能技术集成研发智能托盘、配套铁路托盘循环共用机制4个方面,研究提出铁路托盘循环共用配套措施,为构建铁路托盘循环共用系统提供决策依据。
To effectively accelerate the integrated development of transportation and logistics in China, the Chienes government promotes the construction of the pallet recycling and sharing system. In this context, the railway network has the advantages of wide coverage and smooth connection, which creates good conditions for pallet recycling and sharing. On the basis of an overview of the current situation of railway pallet recycling and sharing focusing on the analysis of the existing problems, this paper put forward a railway pallet recycling and sharing system consisting of 5 layers: owners, clients, operators, resource and technology, which is equipped with the supporting facilities in 4 aspects: deciding on the operators, building the standardized pallet pool, developing smart pallets with the intelligent technology, which is expected to offer supporting evidence to constructing the railway pallet recycling and sharing system.
