低温柴油吸收法在轻污油储罐恶臭气体治理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 轻污油储罐在储存油品过程中挥发出恶臭气体,采用低温柴油吸收技术可以将恶臭气体吸收,不仅回收了95%以上的挥发性有机气体,更重要的是实现了轻污油储罐的环保达标。本文介绍了此技术的油气回收和脱硫原理,叙述了其工艺流程。通过对恶臭气体在吸收前后检测数据的计算,论证了轻污油储罐恶臭气体通过此技术的处理排放达到国家标准,并估算了其带来的经济效益,为油气回收设施在油品罐区的进一步应用提供了基础。 The odor gas was volatilized from the light dirty oil tanks in refinery.The odor gas could be absorbed by low temperature diesel absorption technology.Not only more than 95%of the volatile organic gas was recovered,but also environmental protection standard about the light dirty tank was realized.Principle of oil&gas recovery and desulfurization of the technology was introduced,and the process flow was described.By calculation on the detection data of odor gas before and after the absorption,it was demonstrated that the treatment and discharge of the odor gas from the light dirty tanks could meet the national standard,and the economic benefits was estimated,which provided the base for further application of the oil&gas recovery equipment on oil tank farm.
