摘要
第二柴油加氢装置作为中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂1.2 Mt/a高硫高酸适应性扩能改造项目的一部分,于2015年5月13日一次开车成功。装置改造的主要内容包括:将原有的冷高分流程改为热高分流程;更换法国Axens公司加氢精制催化剂HR648,并采用密相装填;换热系统优化改造,增设热媒水系统。改造开车以来,装置执行过普通柴油方案、3^#喷气燃料方案、国Ⅴ车用柴油方案,均产出合格产品。装置能耗(标油)较改造前降低了7.1 kg/t。
As a part of the 1.2 Mt/a high sulfur and high acid adaptable capacity expansion project of Shengli Refinery of Qilu Branch Co., SINOPEC, the second diesel oil hydrogenation unit was successfully started on May 13, 2015. The reform on the unit mainly included: replacing the original cold high separation process by hot high separation process;changing to the hydrofining catalyst HR648 from French Axens Company and adopting dense phase filling technology;optimizing on the heat exchange system and adding the hot medium water system. Since start up of the unit after the reform,the ordinary diesel oil product scheme,3~# jet fuel scheme and national Ⅴ vehicle diesel oil scheme were implemented,and qualified products were all obtained. The energy consumption( standard oil) of the unit was reduced by 7. 1 kg/t than that of before the reform.
