摘要
在生产过程中,随着四效蒸发系统的运行,系统内聚合物积聚沉积,造成蒸发器捕沫网、换热器管程和壳程等堵塞,使四效蒸发系统运行周期缩短。通过从丙烯腈反应生成阶段、后续冷却吸收分离处理阶段和四效蒸发系统装置本身等方面分析影响丙烯腈装置四效蒸发系统长周期运行的主要因素,提出了有效的解决方案,延长了四效蒸发系统运行周期。
In the production process,with the operation of the four effect evaporation system,blockage appeared in the foam catching net of the evaporator,tube range and shell range of the heat exchanger by accumulation and deposition of the polymer in the system,which shortened operation period of the four effect evaporation system.The main factors affecting long term operation of the four effect evaporation system were analyzed,such as reaction generation stage of the acrylonitrile,the subsequent cooling absorption separation stage and the four effect evaporation system device itself,and effective solutions were put forward.Running period of the four effect evaporation system was prolonged.
