二氯乙烷裂解结焦影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 分析氯乙烯装置裂解炉结焦影响因素,通过在日常操作中优化调整原料纯度、二氯乙烷转化率、裂解温度及反应停留时间等因素,使裂解炉运行周期由6个月延长至16个月。 Effect factors on coking of cracking furnace in vinyl chloride device were analyzed.Optimization and adjustment were made on the effect factors in daily operation,such as raw material purity,dichloroethane conversion rate,cracking temperature and reaction residence time.Then running period of the cracking furnace was prolonged from 6 months to 16 months.
