摘要
以舟山绿色石化基地大小鱼山岛多规格石料高强度开采工程为背景,采用无人机航测技术获取矿区的地形地貌信息,利用3Dmine软件建立矿区的数字表面模型,并进行运输道路优化设计、首采工作面布置以及开拓工程量计算等,最后进行动画模拟,分析露天矿山开拓系统的车-路协同效果,确保满足工程施工强度要求。实践表明:基于无人机航测技术与3Dmine软件规划设计露天矿山开拓系统,具有现场数据更新速度快、开拓系统设计便捷且可视性好的优势,有助于采场合理布局和石料科学调配,为多规格石料的高强度开采施工奠定了技术基础。
This article takes the large-scale high-strength mining project of Yushan Island in Zhoushan green petrochemical base as the background, and uses the UAV aerial survey technology to obtain the topographic and geomorphic information of the mining area. We use the 3D mine software to establish the digital surface model and optimize the transportation road, including the first mining face layout and the development of engineering quantity calculation, etc. The article carriesout animation simulation, and analyzes the car-road synergy effect of the open-pit mine development system to meet the construction strength requirements.Practices show that the open-pit mine development system based on UAV aerial survey technology and 3D mine software planning and design has the advantages of fast update of field data, convenient design and good visibility of the system, which is helpful for the rational layout of the stope and the scientific allocation of stone materials, and lays the technical foundation for high-strength mining construction of multi-size stone.
