摘要
依托长九灰岩矿项目长距离带式输送机的工艺设计,介绍了带式输送机带宽带速、线路阻力摩擦系数、驱动方式等主要参数的设计选用,通过对带式输送机6种运行工况下的平面转弯段曲率半径的设计计算,验证了平面转弯半径选用的合理性,并提出了设置多点驱动用于提高转弯段带式输送机可靠运行的转弯措施。
Based on the technological design of long distance belt conveyor of the Changjiu limestone mine project, the article introduce design and selection of the belt width, belt speed, friction coefficient, driving mode and other main parameters. We validate the rationality of planar turning radius selection by the design and calculation of 6 different operating conditions of the belt conveyor, and put forward the turning measures for improving the reliable operation of belt conveyor in turning section by setting up multi-point driving.
