摘要
基于对矿用卡车手动液压拆卸工具拆卸轮胎存在缺陷;分析的基础上,提出并阐述了有关机构及设计方法,通过现场调查、结构分析、科学计算等手段,重新设计制作大型龙门架式轮辋拆装装置;装置由机架、顶升装置、定位装置组成通过定位装置定位,顶升装置下压,实现自动化、机械化操作。装置彻底改变原有拆装工艺,简化操作流程、提高生产力和效率,确保操作安全,为矿用卡车轮辋拆装提供了较完整的解决方案。
Based on the analysis of the defects of the manual hydraulic disassembly tools for mining trucks in disassembling tyres,this article puts forward and expounds the relevant mechanisms and design methods. By means of field investigation, structural analysis and scientific calculation, we redesign and manufacture a large gantry rim disassembly device. The device consists of frame, lifting device and positioning device. We realize automatic and mechanized operation by positioning device, lifting device downward pressure. The device completely changes the original disassembly process, simplifies the operation process, improves productivity and efficiency, and ensures the safety of operation, which provides a more complete solution for the disassembly and assembly of mine truck rims.
