摘要
为了解决目前存在的问题,分解电动轮不同的渗漏部位找到故障产生的几种原因,针对不同原因制定修复工艺如焊修工艺、装配工艺,根据材料的特性采取相应的安装工艺保证安装过程无差错,并利用有效的技术手段确认修复工艺可靠。同时为提高电动轮使用寿命提出了降负载、改善采场运输条件、提高司机操驾水平和检测油脂中铁、尘土含量等措施,形成了一套具有自学习、自预测、自分析、自维修等能力为一体的现代管控手段,找到电动轮自主维修的新思路。
In order to solve the existing problems, we decompose different leakage place of electric wheel, make repairing process such as welding repair process, assembly process. According to the properties of the material, we take the corresponding installation process to ensure the installation process error-free using effective technical means to confirm that the repair process is reliable. In order to increase the service life of electric wheel, we propose reducing load, improve transportation conditions of stope, improve the level of the driver to drive and detect Fe, dust elements of oil to form a set of self-study, self prediction and self analysis, self maintenance ability of modern control methods, find a new idea of electric wheel independent maintenance.
