摘要 本文主要研究了构建食品溯源体系的相关问题,包括在食品溯源体系中采用数字签名等技术、入网逐级查验及录入采购数量等方式,通过完整记载保健食品的基本信息和流通信息的变化轨迹,实现信息资源共享,达到实现科学监管的目的,建立了河北省统一的保健食品电子检验报告平台。 This paper mainly studies the problems related to the construction of food traceability system,including the use of digital signature and other technologies in the food traceability system,inspection of access to the Internet and the input of purchase quantity,etc.,through the complete record of the basic information and circulation information of health food,information resource sharing is realized,the purpose of scientific supervision is achieved,and the unified health care system in Hebei Province food electronic inspection report platform is established.
