骨科创伤感染VSD治疗的临床治疗效果分析

Observation on the Clinical Effect of VSD Treatment for Orthopaedic Traumatic Infection

目的探讨骨科创伤感染患者临床治疗应用复压封闭引流术(VSD)临床治疗方法和效果,从而为骨科创伤感染患者临床治疗提供更多的指导和参考。方法方便选择该院2017年5月—2018年5月收治的100例骨科创伤感染患者作为研究对象,按不同治疗方法分组,将其分为对照组和实验组,每组患者有50例,其中对照组患者接受常规治疗,实验组患者接受VSD治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果、创面愈合时间、换药次数、住院时间进行比较和分析。结果经过系统的治疗之后,两组患者都产生了显著的效果,其中实验组患者治疗有效率为94%(47/50),对照组患者治疗有效率为82%(41/50);实验组患者创面愈合时间为(18±1.5)d,对照组患者创面愈合时间为(25.2±2.5)d;实验组患者住院时间为(24±2.3)d,对照组患者住院时间为(33±1.8)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床骨科创伤感染患者治疗期间接受VSD治疗具有显著的效果,对于提升患者治疗有效率有着积极的作用,还能够缩短患者的创面愈合时间和住院时间。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment method and effect of VSD in orthopaedic traumatic infection patients,so as to provide more guidance and reference for the clinical treatment of orthopaedic traumatic infection patients.Methods 100 patients with orthopaedic trauma infection admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were convenient selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the different treatment methods.There were 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the experimental group received VSD treatment.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,dressing change times and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Compare and analyze.Results After systematic treatment,both groups of patients had significant effects,including 94%(47/50)in the experimental group and 82%(41/50)in the control group.The wound healing time was(18±1.5)d.The wound healing time of the control group was(25.2±2.5)d;the hospitalization time of the experimental group was(24±2.3)d,and the hospitalization time of the control group was(33±1.8)d.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD treatment has significant effect on patients with traumatic infection in orthopaedics during treatment,and has a positive effect on improving the efficiency of treatment.It can also shorten the wound healing time and hospitalization time of patients.
