腹腔镜与开放手术行胃癌根治术的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Operation on Radical Operation of Gastric Cancer

目的讨论腹腔镜与开放手术行胃癌根治术的效果。方法随机选取2017年7月—2018年8月期间该院接诊的胃癌根治术患者114例作为研究样本,对其治疗情况进行回顾性分析,将使用传统开腹胃癌根治术的57例患者设定为对照组,将使用腹腔镜胃癌根治术进行治疗的57例患者设定为实验组,对其治疗效果进行对比。结果实验组胃部恢复时间为(34.28±7.63)d,对照组胃部恢复时间为(93.61±12.15)d,实验组明显优于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=31.221,P<0.05)。结论对胃癌根治术患者使用腹腔镜进行治疗,创伤性较小,安全性较高,且预后恢复快。

Objective To discuss the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery for radical resection of gastric cancer.Methods From July 2017 to August 2018,114 patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer in the hospital were randomly selected as research samples.57 patients with traditional open radical resection of gastric cancer were set as control group and 57 patients treated with laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer as experimental group.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results The recovery time of stomach in the experimental group was(34.28±7.63)d,and that in the control group was(93.61±12.15)d,the data of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=31.221,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of laparoscopy in the patients with radical operation of gastric cancer is relatively small,the safety is high,and the prognosis is fast.
