摘要
目的探讨米诺环素联合光动力治疗重度痤疮疗效。方法选择便利2017年1月—2018年12月50例重度痤疮患者,随机分组。米诺环素组选择米诺环素,米诺环素联合光动力疗法组选择米诺环素联合光动力疗法。分析重度痤疮面积缩小以及消失的时间;治疗前后患者重度痤疮症状积分评分;复发率。结果米诺环素联合光动力疗法组重度痤疮面积缩小以及消失的时间(6.02±0.55)d、(12.24±0.15)d优于米诺环素组(13.14±1.79)d、(23.14±0.46)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.211、5.281,P<0.05),米诺环素联合光动力疗法组复发率低于米诺环素组,但差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.043,P>0.05),米诺环素组出现6例复发,而米诺环素联合光动力疗法组3例复发。米诺环素联合光动力疗法组疗效100.00%高于米诺环素组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.834,P<0.05)。结论重度痤疮患者实施米诺环素联合光动力疗法可获得较好效果,有效缩短治疗的时间,改善患者的生活质量,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of minocycline combined with photodynamic therapy for severe acne.Methdos convenient select 50 patients with severe acne from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly assigned.The minocycline group selected minocycline,and the minocycline combined with photodynamic therapy group selected minocycline combined with photodynamic therapy.Analyze the time of severe acne reduction and disappearance;scores of severe acne symptom scores before and after treatment;recurrence rate.Results The time for the reduction and disappearance of severe acne in the minocycline combined with photodynamic therapy group was(6.02±0.55)d and(12.24±0.15)d,which was better than that of the minocycline group(13.14±1.79)d,(23.14±0.46)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.211,5.281,P<0.05),the recurrence rate of minocycline combined with photodynamic therapy group was lower than that of minocycline group,but there was no statistically significant difference between,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=2.043,P>0.05),and 6 cases of recurrence in minocycline group.Three patients had recurrence in the cyclin combined with photodynamic therapy group.The efficacy of minocycline combined with photodynamic therapy group was 100.00%higher than that of minocycline group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.834,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of minocycline combined with photodynamic therapy in patients with severe acne can achieve better results,shorten the treatment time,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate.
