跌倒风险分级护理干预在高龄老年患者中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Fall Risk Classification Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients

目的探讨跌倒风险分级护理干预用于老龄老年患者中的临床效果。方法从2018年1—12月实施跌到风险护理干预后该院收治高龄老年患者中随机择取750例为实验组,从2016年1—12月实施跌倒风险护理干预前该院收治高龄老年患者中择取750例为对照组,比较观察两组跌倒不良事件发生率与跌倒伤害程度。结果实验组跌倒损伤不良事件发生率(0.67%)少于对照组(2.13%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.054,P<0.05),损伤程度亦轻于对照组;实验组防跌倒知识知晓优良率(90.53%)、患者护理满意度(97.07%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.542、3.941,P<0.05)。结论跌倒风险分级护理干预可有效提高高龄老年患者跌倒预防效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fall risk grading nursing intervention in elderly patients.Methods Randomly from January to December 2018,after the implementation of the risk nursing intervention,750 of the elderly patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the experimental group.From January to December 2016,the risk nursing intervention was implemented before the hospital.Among the elderly patients,750 patients were selected as the control group.The incidence of fall adverse events and the degree of fall injury were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events of fall injury in the experimental group(0.67%)was lower than that of the control group(2.13%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.054,P<0.05),and the degree of injury was also lighter than that of the control group.The knowledge good rate(90.53%)and patient care satisfaction(97.07%)were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.542,3.941,P<0.05).Conclusion Falling risk grading nursing intervention can effectively improve the fall prevention effect of elderly patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
