干预护理在老年白内障合并青光眼患者围手术期应用的效果研究

Effect of Interventional Nursing on Perioperative Application of Senile Cataract Combined with Glaucoma

目的分析护理干预对白内障并青光眼老年患者围手术期应用效果。方法便利选取该院于2016年2月—2019年2月收治的白内障合并青光眼老年患者60例。依据护理方法的不同分为对照组30例与观察组30例。对照组30例患者采取常规护理,观察组30例患者予以围手术期护理干预。观察对比两组患者经过护理后的视力情况,两组患者对护理工作的满意度对比。分析两组患者生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理前视力为(4.11±0.13),经过护理后视力为(4.49±0.41);对照组护理前视力为(4.13±0.12),经过护理后视力为(4.21±0.20),观察组患者经过护理后视力明显好于对照组(t=4.873,P<0.05)。对照组并发前房积血1例、角膜水肿3例、前方渗出1例、高眼压1例;观察组并发前房积血1例、角膜水肿1例,观察组并发症发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(20.00%)(χ^2=4.381,P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量各项评分明显优于对照组(t=17.935、28.716、30.651、21.971,P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度(96.67%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)(χ^2=7.351,P<0.05)。结论对白内障并青光眼老年患者施以围手术期护理干预可以有效提升治疗效果,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on perioperative period in elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma.Methods Sixty elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were convenienty selected.According to the different nursing methods,there were 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.In the control group,30 patients underwent routine nursing,and 30 patients in the observation group underwent perioperative nursing intervention.The visual acuity of the two groups of patients after nursing was observed and compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients on nursing work was compared.The quality of life and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The visual acuity of the observation group was(4.11±0.13),and the visual acuity after nursing was(4.49±0.41).The visual acuity of the control group was(4.13±0.12).After the nursing,the visual acuity was(4.21±0.20).After nursing,the visual acuity was significantly better than that of the control group(t=4.873,P<0.05).In the control group,there were 1 case of anterior chamber hemorrhage,3 cases of corneal edema,1 case of anterior exudation,and 1 case of high intraocular pressure.In the observation group,1 case of anterior chamber hemorrhage and 1 case of corneal edema,the incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than the control group(20.00%)(χ^2=4.381,P<0.05).The scores of qualities of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(t=17.935,28.716,30.651,21.971,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(χ^2=7.351,P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical reference.
