舒适护理在继发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Comfort Nursing in the Nursing of Secondary Hypertension Complicated with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的通过实际调查,观察和探讨舒适护理在继发性高血压合并脑出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2016年5月—2017年5月该院收治的100例继发性高血压合并脑出血患者。随机分为对照组和观察组,对于对照组来说,采用常规护理方法,为观察组患者实施舒适护理。观察两组在不同护理模式下的护理效果、神经功能评分、公交指数评分、生活质量、护理满意度等指标。结果护理后,观察组与对照组患者神经功能评分、巴氏指数评分和生活质量评分分别为(15.19±3.11)分、(57.39±3.32)分、(86.37±5.15)分;(26.52±4.15)分、(37.29±3.18)分、(66.50±5.41)分,观察组各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.26、11.69、7.03,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.20%、明显低于对照组的23.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.16,P<0.05)。结论通过实际调查分析发现,相关医护人员对继发性高血压并发脑出血患者进行护理时,舒适护理的实施,可以提高患者对护理的满意度,提升治疗效果。对患者的抑郁、焦虑等消极情绪有着明显的改善作用,对患者的实际护理有着重要意义。

Objective To observe and explore the effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage through actual investigation.Methods Convenient election 100 patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage were selected from May 2016 to May 2017.They were randomly divided into the control group and the obervation group.For the control group,comfort care was given to the obervation group by routine nursing methods.The nursing effect,neurological function score,bus index score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups under different nursing modes were observed.Results After nursing,the scores of neurological function,Pap index and quality of life of patients in observation group and control group were respectively(15.19±3.11)points,(57.39±3.32)points,(86.37±5.15)points,(26.52±4.15)points,(37.29±3.18)points,(66.50±5.41)points.The scores of observation group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.26,11.6,7.03,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.20%significantly lower than that in the control group 23.5%(χ^2=5.16,P<0.05).Conclusion Through actual investigation and analysis,it is found that comfortable nursing for patients with secondary hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage can greatly improve patients'satisfaction and optimize the treatment effect.It has obvious effect on improving patients'depression,anxiety and other negative emotions,and has important significance for patients'practical nursing.
