AMH﹑FSH和LH联合检测用于评估卵巢储备功能的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)﹑卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)联合检测评估卵巢储备功能。方法方便选取2017年6月—2018年5月该院孕前检查的育龄期妇女370名,按年龄分为7组检测AMH,其中173名有检测FSH和LH的妇女按年龄分为3组进行比较。AMH检测结果≤1.0 ng/mL不孕症患者118名,按AMH水平分为3组对FSH和LH检测结果进行分析。结果25~29岁年龄组AMH检测结果为(6.16±3.13)ng/mL,30~34岁为(5.40±3.22)ng/mL,35~39岁为(2.90±1.89)ng/mL,40~44岁为(1.42±1.41)ng/mL,育龄期妇女各年龄组AMH结果比较,差异有统计学意义(F=4.879,P<0.05),AMH随着年龄增长而不断下降;各年龄组FSH比较,差异无统计学意义(F=1.758,P>0.05):3组低水平AMH女性FSH和LH比较,FSH差异有统计学意义(F=4.767,P<0.05),LH差异有统计学意义(F=4.774,P<0.05),检测结果随着AMH下降而升高明显。结论AMH、FSH和LH联合检测能对卵巢储备功能进行较好评价。 Objective To study the method of combined detection of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)to evaluate ovarian reserve.Methods 370 women of childbearing age examined in the hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were convenient divided into seven groups according to age,173 of them were divided into three groups according to age.118 infertility patients whose AMH test results were less than 1.0 ng/mL were divided into three groups according to AMH level.The results of FSH and LH were analyzed.Results The AMH test results for the 25-29 age group were(6.16±3.13)ng/mL,(5.40±3.22)ng/mLfor 30-34 years old,(2.90±1.89)ng/mL for 35-39 years old,(1.42±1.41)ng/mL for 40-44 years old.The mean AMH results of women of childbearing age compared,the difference was statistically significant(F=4.879,P<0.05).AMH decreased with age;compared with FSH in all age groups,There was no statistically significant difference in statistical analysis(F=1.758,P>0.05):FSH and LH were significantly different between the three groups of low-level AMH women(F=4.767,P<0.05),and the difference in LH was statistically significant(F=4.774,P<0.05),the detection result increased significantly with the decrease of AMH.Conclusion The combined detection of AMH,FSH and LH can evaluate ovarian reserve function.
