中医学基础类学术学位研究生就业现状调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis on Employment Status of Academic Degree Graduate Students of Basic Chinese Medicine

近年来,随着国家医学教育改革的不断推进,我国医学类硕士研究生的培养工作迎来了机遇与挑战。本文通过对云南中医药大学中医学基础类学术学位研究生就业现状的调查发现,中医基础类学术研究生就业意向主要是临床医生,科研优势不明显以及就业满意度不高等问题。针对这些普遍问题进行分析,旨在为培养高质量中医学基础类学术学位研究生提供思路。

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the national medical education reform,the cultivation of postgraduates of medical science in China is confronted with new opportunities and challenges.This paper investigates the employment status of academic graduate students in basic medical sciences at Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and finds that the employment intention of academic postgraduates in basic traditional Chinese medicine is mainly clinical doctors.And there are several common problems,such as scientific research advantages are not obvious,and postgraduates are not very satisfied with their jobs.The analysis of these common problems aims to provide ideas for cultivating high-quality academic graduate students of basic medical science.
