汉语国际教育硕士外国留学生的培养问题探讨

On the Cultivation of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Language for Foreign Students

当前汉硕外国留学生培养存在如下问题:生源情况复杂、素质参差不齐,教学方式单一、教学效果不佳、培养方案未能充分照顾留学生特点、留学生普遍存在心理焦虑、就业信心不强。针对这些问题,应当开展全国性的汉硕留学生培养现状调研,提高招生质量、拓宽招生渠道,根据留学生特点优化课程设置,加强导师队伍建设,培养多层次师资,同时适当借鉴第二语言国际教育硕士经验,解决汉硕外国留学生学习焦虑、文化休克问题。

At present,there are many problems in the cultivation of master of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages for foreign students.For example,the source of students is complex,the quality is uneven,the teaching method is single,the teaching effect is not good,the training program fails to take full account of the characteristics of foreign students,and psychological problems such as psychological anxiety and lack of confidence in employment are common among foreign students.In order to solve these problems,we should carry out a nationwide survey on the current situation of the training of MTCSOL for foreign students,improve the quality of enrollment,broaden the channels of enrollment,optimize the curriculum according to the characteristics of foreign students,strengthen the construction of tutors,and train multi-level teachers.Meanwhile,we should draw on the experience of master of international education in second language to solve the problems of learning anxiety and cultural shock of MTCSOL for foreign students.
