闽台大学生创新创业驱动因素比较研究——基于管理学视角的策略探讨 被引量:1

Comparative Research of Driving Factors of Innovation and Entrepreneurship among Fujian and Taiwan Residents University Students:A Strategy Discussion Based on the Perspective of Management Science

摘要 大学生创新创业行为的驱动力源于政府、学校、创业自我效能感和创业意愿等因素的总和。由访谈可知,两岸大学生均对创新创业有足够的兴趣,台湾大学生将在大陆创业作为首选之一。实证研究表明,在缺少对创业环境正确认识的情况下,创业自我效能感对于创业意愿的显著正向作用并不是一种好的提升,盲目的创业行为多以失败告终。政策引导具体化、教育设计层次化、媒体宣传务实化、渠道资源一体化是加强“双创”政策导向及吸引台湾优秀大学生来闽创业的有效路径。 The driving forces of university students'innovation and entrepreneurial behaviors stems from the sum of a number of factors,namely,government,universities,entrepreneurs'self-efficacy,and entrepreneurial willingness.From the interviews,we can observe that university students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are truly interested in innovation and entrepreneurship,and Taiwan Residents university students regard the mainland as one of their first choices for will entrepreneurial activities.Empirical research demonstrates that in the absence of a proper understanding of the entrepreneurial climate,the significant positive effect of entrepreneurs'self-efficacy on entrepreneurial willingness is not conducive,and poorly-informed entrepreneurial behavior often ends in failure.The specific policy guidance,the well-structured educational design,the pragmatic media coverage,and the integrated resources channels are effective ways to strengthen the policy guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship and attract outstanding Taiwan Residents university students to start up their business in Fujian Province.
