左西孟坦注射液联合无创呼吸机对老年急性心力衰竭的临床治疗效果

Clinical Effect of Levosimendan Injection Combined with Non-invasive Ventilator on Elderly Patients with Acute Heart Failure

目的:探讨左西孟坦注射液联合无创呼吸机对老年急性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响及疗效。方法:选择笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年1月78例老年急性心力衰竭患者为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各39例。对照组给予无创呼吸机+盐酸多巴酚丁胺注射液治疗,观察组给予无创呼吸机+左西孟坦注射液治疗,对比两组疗效、血浆BNP、心输出量、心脏指数、心率、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血浆BNP低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组心输出量、心脏指数高于对照组,心率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为10.26%、15.38%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左西孟坦联合无创呼吸机治疗可改善老年急性心力衰竭患者的心输出量、心脏指数、心率,提高临床效果,降低血浆脑钠肽水平,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Levosimendan Injection combined with non-invasive ventilator on plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in elderly patients with acute heart failure.Method:A total of 78 elderly patients with acute heart failure in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with non-invasive ventilator+Dobutamine Hydrochloride Injection,while the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator+Levosimendan Injection.The curative effect,plasma BNP,cardiac output,cardiac index,heart rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 79.49%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma BNP of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac output and cardiac index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the heart rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 10.26%and 15.38%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levosimendan combined with non-invasive ventilator can improve cardiac output,cardiac index and heart rate in elderly patients with acute heart failure,improve curative effect and reduce plasma BNP level,which is worthy of promotion.
