膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的手术护理配合

Nursing Cooperation in Arthroscopic Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

目的:探究膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的手术护理配合的效果。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年7月在笔者所在医院进行膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41,常规护理配合)与观察组(n=41,手术护理配合)。术后随访3个月,观察两组术前和末次随访膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分,同时比较两组Ⅰ期愈合率、术后6周膝关节屈伸≥120°患者占比和护理满意度。结果:所有患者均获得随访,末次随访时,两组Lysholm评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ⅰ期愈合率、术后6周膝关节屈伸≥120°患者占比均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对患者进行膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术时给予良好的手术护理配合能确保手术顺利完成,并能有效改善患者术后膝关节功能和提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of surgical nursing cooperation in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy.Method:From July 2017 to July 2018,82 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy were selected as the subject,and the randomized digital table was divided into control group(n=41,routine nursing cooperation)and observation group(n=41,surgical nursing cooperation).After 3 months followup,the scores of knee joint function were(Lysholm)observed and compared between the two groups before and after the last follow-up,and the healing rate of stage I,proportion of patients with knee flexion and extension greater than 120°and the satisfaction of patients with nursing care were compared between the two groups at 6 weeks after operation.Result:All patients were followed up.At the last follow-up,the Lysholm scores of the two groups were higher than those before operation,but the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The healing rate of stage I and proportion of patients with knee flexion and extension greater than 120°at 6 weeks after operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Good nursing cooperation in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament under knee arthroscopy can ensure the smooth completion of the operation,and can effectively improve the knee joint function and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
