重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭治疗中应用无创正压通气治疗的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究无创正压通气治疗在重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭治疗中的应用效果。方法:从笔者所在医院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者中随机抽取的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分两组,对照组实施传统治疗,研究组实施无创正压通气治疗,对比两组患者各项生命指标及治疗情况。结果:研究组连续治疗2 h后心率、呼吸、PaCO2、pH均低于对照组,PaO2高于对照组,研究组插管率、病死率均低于对照组,住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者治疗中无创正压通气疗法的实施能够有效提升治疗效果,值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:A total of 60 patients with respiratory failure of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional therapy,and the research group was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.Result:After continuous treatment for 2 hours,the heart rate,respiration,PaCO2 and pH of the patients in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and the PaO2 was higher than that in the control group.The intubation rate and mortality of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and is worth popularizing.
