摘要
目的:探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽直接维持量给药应用于急性心衰竭的临床效果。方法:将2016年12月-2018年4月科室收治的80例急性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将对象分为观察组和对照组,每组40例;对照组给予多巴酚丁胺治疗,观察组给予冻干重组人脑利钠肽直接维持量给药治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),两数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的ET-1、CysC、Gal-3三项指标均明显低于对照组,各数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项心功能指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冻干重组人脑利钠肽直接维持量给药治疗急性心衰竭短期临床效果显著,值得在临床中借鉴并推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in acute heart failure.Method:From December 2016 to April 2018,80 patients with acute heart failure were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according the treatment method,the control group was treated with Dobutamine,and the observation group was treated with Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)of the control group.The statistical difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The ET-1,CysC and Gal-3 indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the statistical differences between the data groups were significant(P<0.05).The cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than the control.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The short-term clinical effect of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the treatment of acute heart failure is remarkable,which is worth drawing lessons and popularizing in clinic.
