过敏煎联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

Clinical Study of Treating Cough Variant Asthma with Guomin Decoction Combined with Budesonide and Formoterol

目的:研究过敏煎联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月笔者所在医院咳嗽变异性哮喘患者68例,随机分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例)。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,观察组采用过敏煎联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗。观察两组治疗效果、咳嗽症状评分、呼出气一氧化氮水平、IgE水平等指标。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,咳嗽症状评分、呼出气一氧化氮水平、IgE水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予咳嗽变异性哮喘患者过敏煎联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,能提高临床效果,改善咳嗽症状,降低呼出气一氧化氮水平,降低IgE水平,效果较好,值得借鉴。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Guomin Decoction combined with Budesonide and Formoterol in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Method:From January 2017 to December 2018,a total of 68 cases of patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases).The control group was treated with Budesonide and Formoterol,and the observation group was treated with Guomin Decoction combined with Budesonide and Formoterol.The therapeutic effects,cough symptom scores,exhaled nitric oxide levels,IgE levels were observed between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and cough symptom scores,exhaled nitric oxide level,IgE level were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating patients with cough variant asthma with Guomin Decoction combined with Budesonide and Formoterol can improve the therapeutic effect,improve cough symptoms,reduce exhaled nitric oxide level and IgE level.The effect is good and worth learning.
