摘要 宁波舟山港作为世界大港、“一带一路”的战略支点,其竞争力的强弱直接影响我国对外经济的发展。文章以宁波舟山港的自然条件、物流要素、资源配置、综合服务以及港口发展等五个因素构建港口竞争力评价指标体系;基于层次分析法(AHP-熵值法)建立模糊综合评价模型,对宁波舟山港竞争力进行评价。研究的结果表明:宁波舟山港综合竞争力较强,但在资源配置、综合服务和港口发展方面仍需要完善和提高。 Ningbo Zhoushan port,as the largest port in the world,the strategic fulcrum of“the Belt and Road”,its competitiveness directly affects the development of foreign trade in China.In this paper,the evaluation index system of port competitiveness was constructed based on the natural condition,logistics factor,resource allocation,comprehensive service and port development of Ningbo Zhoushan port,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established based on AHP(AHP)-entropy method to evaluate the competitiveness of Ningbo Zhoushan port.The evaluation results showed that the comprehensive competitiveness of Ningbo Zhoushan port was strong,but it still needed to be improved in terms of resource allocation,comprehensive service capacity and port development.Finally,the paper put forward some suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of Ningbo Zhoushan port.
