补肺止咳喘胶囊治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Bufei Zhikechuan Capsule in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Lung-kidney-qi Deficiency Type

目的:研究补肺止咳喘胶囊治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的60例肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组应用院内制剂补肺止咳喘胶囊治疗,对照组应用沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,15 d后比较两组治疗前后临床症状、肺功能、血气分析的变化。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组PaO2、SaO2均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肺止咳喘胶囊可以有效改善肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床症状和理化指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of Bufei Zhikechuan Capsule in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with lung-kidney-qi deficiency type.Method:From October 2018 to March 2019,60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease dialectical belongs to the lung-kidney-qi deficiency type treated in our hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,The experimental group was treated with Bufei Zhikechuan Capsule,the control group was treated with Salbutamol Aerosol.After 15 days,the changes of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,arterial blood gas analysis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PaO2,SaO2 of the two groups were higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Zhikechuan Capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and physical and chemical indexes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with lung-kidney-qi deficiency.It is worthy of clinical application.
